Equipment Service Engineer (Electrical Instrumentation Direction)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment at the company's and paper-making customers' sites, ensuring stable operation of the equipment.

2. Conduct equipment installation, fault diagnosis, maintenance, and technical support at the paper-making customer's site.

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance, spot inspection, upkeep, and upgrading of the company's internal production equipment and automation systems.

4. Participate in the introduction, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment, ensuring that the equipment meets process requirements and safety standards.

5. Prepare equipment maintenance records, failure analysis reports, technical improvement plans, and propose preventive measures.

6. Communicate and collaborate with customer, sales, technical, and other teams to provide professional electrical and instrumental technical support.

7. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, majoring in electrical automation, instrumentation, mechatronics, or related fields.

2. Over 3 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation equipment maintenance or after-sales service, with preference given to those with experience in the paper industry.

3. Possess strong on-site fault analysis and handling capabilities, and be able to independently solve problems related to electrical and instrument equipment.

4. Able to adapt to business trips (on-site service at paper mills) and possess strong resilience under pressure.

5. Possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of service, and a spirit of team collaboration.

6. Those holding electrician certificates and instrument-related certificates are preferred.
